I’d surely choose villatel again. What I value the most is the communication. They responded fast and addressed all our queries and worries. We had some particular requirements for a house, and they met every single one.

"We experienced two different places to stay"
We experienced two different places to stay. The first house we were in had a serious ant problem, so we had to switch to another place since they couldn't handle the ant situation while we were there... The new spot we ended up in was fantastic and had zero problems! We really had a great time and would suggest it to anyone! It's a wonderful place for a big family to enjoy! Suneet

"Adored the place, BUT……"
Adored the place! Sadly, something was broken every single day!!! In one of the bedrooms, the ceiling fan was out of order, so we got a box fan instead. Had to keep calling the repair guy to sort out the TV. With several kids around, the door alarm for the pool was a no-go. There were just too many things not working to list.

"Incredible Stay at the House"
The house was fantastic; it truly felt like home as soon as we entered. There was more than enough to keep the kids busy throughout the week. The water park at the clubhouse was like a separate vacation for the little ones. A few things could’ve been improved, like the limited number of pans and dishes available, and the bath towels were a bit scarce. On the bright side, there were plenty of beach towels for everyone to use, plus a few extras!

"This house is simply stunning..."
This place was just beautiful from start to finish! Not a single issue popped up during our entire stay. Both the kids and the grown-ups had a blast with everything!

"My Experience at Villatel"
My time at Villatel was absolutely amazing! The kitchen and play area were fantastic, and we had a blast with all the games available in the house. Plus, the wifi was great. The neighbors were really friendly folks too!

"Encountered a few hiccups with our initial..."
We ran into a couple of problems with our first place, like plumbing issues and some ant troubles. But, they quickly set us up with a new house and made the adjustments without a hitch. The amenities were top-notch, and everything felt fresh and spotless.

"Fantastic stay, awesome management"
We spent some time at a property run by Villatel and it was a wonderful experience. Every amenity was top-notch. They handled repairs in the house quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were super happy with our time there, and we’ll surely think about booking another stay at one of their places.

"Overall, we had a pretty good time"
We had a pretty good time overall. The themed rooms, golf simulator, and arcade kept the kids entertained. The pool was spacious and clean, perfect for the whole family to have fun. All in all, it was a nice experience.

"Holiday Retreat"
We were super happy with this stunning luxury home we called our own for a week. The themed bedrooms were a big hit with our five kids. The game rooms offered plenty of options for both the adults and the little ones. Our favorite hangout was definitely the pool and hot tub. I gotta say, the decor was just gorgeous. This place is a fantastic vacation destination and in a prime spot. All 12 of us really enjoyed the house.
